Planning Matters - Creating Action Plans that Work

Do you know what you need to do but don’t know where to start? Are you overwhelmed by too many work/life/family/academic responsibilities and don’t know how you will get it all done? In this group coaching “boot camp,” participants will be led through a series of steps to develop a semester action plan that motivates them to act. Participants will experience group coaching that integrates research based strategies to help them succeed and creative ways to approach their goals. Participants will receive a workbook before the session so they are prepared to create an action plan that works.
